I was a happy little blue bird, Singing tra-la-la-la-la. I was a joyful little sparrow, Hippity-hop, hoorah! I can be a little bunny, Going hop, hop, hop. I can be Mr lizard, Sunbathing upon a rock. I wish I was a dolphin, Swimming in the sea. Or a butterfly on a flower, Or a buzzing little bee. I am a fuzzy little kitty cat, That both hisses and meows. And a big ferocious stray dog, Standing guard over my house. I can be a great many things, I wish I could adore. But I am merely a human, Nothing less, nothing more.
