Welcome to Thread & Verse.

This is a creative journal dedicated to the things I make, the books I read, and the stories I gather along the way.

For many years, creativity has been a constant thread running through my life. Sometimes it appears as a sewing project spread across the dining table, a crochet hook tucked into a project bag, or a knitting pattern slowly taking shape over several months. Other times it appears as a well-loved novel, a poem scribbled in a notebook, or a quiet moment of reflection after finishing a project.

Thread & Verse was created as a home for all of those things.

Here you’ll find The Making Room, where I share sewing, knitting, crochet projects, Yarn Diaries, and creative adventures in making. You’ll also find The Library, home to book reviews, reading journals, poetry, essays, and thoughtful reflections.

I believe creativity doesn’t need to be rushed. The most meaningful projects often unfold slowly, one stitch, one page, and one idea at a time.
